Overnight Oats

Hey Hey,

Today's oat meal is Overnight oats. Just as the name implies, it's simply oats left overnight to soak. I know you're wondering how possible it is to eat uncooked. Trust me, it's not impossible, it's extremely yummy too.

Overnight Oats
Ingredients: * Oats
                    * Skimmed/Soy/Almond Milk
                    * Coconut Milk
                    * Yogurt
                    * Honey/Brown Sugar to taste
                    * Fruits
                    * Cinnamon/Nutmeg/Flavouring
                    * Coconut (Diced or Grated)

1. In a mason jar or any empty jar you have at home, put all the ingredients and mix well.
2. Place in the fridge overnight to soak in.

*Tip: Use a recently finished jar of peanut butter that still has just enough butter in it to soak your oats. When it has all melted in, you'll get an amazing nutty kick in your oats. Yum Yum.

Hehe, I'm such a foodie. Remember though, moderation is the key to ensuring this meal is still healthy. So don't go overboard on any of the ingredients.
