The Lagos Blogger Brunch

Desola of Dee Mako hosted The Lagos Blogger Brunch a few weeks ago...it was a meet and greet event for Bloggers resident in Lagos. Before this, I had never attended any meet and greet event strictly for bloggers, so I was really excited to attend this one, to meet and connect with other people that do what I do.

I got there late due to a wardrobe mishap that I had to sort out, so I wasn't able to take pictures, but I met some of the fun stuff and the amazing people.

There was enough to eat, and seeing as Cointreau was one of the sponsors, a lot to drink also. We all got to participate in games and win gifts and each person got a goodie bag from Zaron, one of the sponsors of the event. The goodie bag was just too amazing...never before have I seen a brand gift so many amazing items in one go to one person, so they deserve a gold star for that. The amazing thing is, I have never owned any of these items, so I can't wait to try some of them out. There are a couple of things I'll give away because I have very similar dupes for them and also some that I know I just will never use; instead of letting them sit unused in my makeup purse, I'd rather give someone that will put them to good use. So, look out for some giveaways probably in my next post :)
